Membership in SIBF will extend your access to key advisors, strengthening your network in the U.S. and internationally. From local events to conferences abroad, there are numerous opportunities to tap into the SIBF network and its global group of advisors. Membership in SIBF is by invitation only. Because the selection process is highly competitive, the application should be answered fully and thoughtfully.

 



Applying for Membership

In addition to the Class of 2016 application, prospective members should submit three letters of recommendation (one of which must be from a current SIBF member,) a recent color photo, a non-refundable application fee of $200, and an initiation fee that will be held until notification of acceptance. Membership Criteria
  • Active involvement in international business or leadership capacity in an organization with the potential for international involvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership and achievement in their careers and seniority within their respective organizations.
  • Character and integrity must be without question.
  • Community involvement will be considered when prioritizing candidates who are otherwise relatively equal.
  • Active participation in SIBF programs, events and networking opportunities.
